Milk Processing In Somerset

Earlier in 2018 we helped West Country Water Buffalo install a milk processing room near Yeovil.  Now fully installed with equipment, plumbing, power and flooring, the unit measures 5m15 x 8m50. 

The building was built within an existing farm barn so planning permission was not required.  The client supplied his own exterior glass doors and we installed a ceiling hatch to access the power in the roof. 

The building is used to make ice cream and transform the buffalo milk into mozzarella.  The on site farm shop sells these and many other delicious foods – we can personally verify that the coffee ice cream is the best we have ever tasted!
